"Staff at reception were nery nice, breakfast food and staff good. Clean hotel. But horrible management. Hotel is overpriced. AC did not work well, gave us alternative rooms, and AC did not work well either. Things were just not kept in good shape. Light bulbs out, walls and furniture falling apart, clean but old sheets, machines at breakfast room that did not work and were still there... jacuzzi all green and in bad shape (not safe healthwise), restroom at pool site out of order... and a long etc... Very nice and helpful staff, cleaning crew did a great job, but hotel bad managed and falling apart."

"My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but they refused my request because we had “used the room” they brought up sheets and had US change the sheets ourselves. Expedia did offer to help with relocation but it was 1 am already and we just wanted to sleep a few hours and leave. Expedia did request that the hotel give a partial refund and they also declined that. Overall, a health and human safety issue. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. Once exiting the elevator you where meet with yellow stains in the hallway carpet for days it appeared like throw up . Once we located the room at first glance it presented as two good rooms for a few days. Once evening came we began noticing baby roaches. So micro you almost missed them. We both agreed we would let staff know which we did let the staff know and they apologize and would notify the manager. The rooms where located next to each other divided by one room in between the rooms. Room1 had big adult roaches and baby roaches located near the bed night stand with the light and charger . The closet had baby roaches as well as the kitchen near the refrigerator back area huge roach. The next room associated to the stay had roaches near the doorway entry when you enter the room to greet you. This was a disappointment as we have stayed at this property before and have not experienced roaches in the rooms. When one travels this is the last thing they want to bring home to there environment. Please advise and get the facility an exterminator as it is a major concern. Sadly this will be our last time staying here as my entire family is scared of bringing home unwanted critters.. Rodriguez Family"

"We were traveling with a large, heavy piece of medical equipment; staff were so helpful in unloading and reloading it from our car. We appreciated having a room convenient to parking. The breakfast was better than most. The room was quiet and comfortable."
