"I found the hotel very clean and tidy, with interiors recently refurbished, in particular the bathrooms were equipped with newest facilities. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleeping experience and above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had many features that you'd normally find in a 5 star hotel. "We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest."
