"Truthfully it's not a bad stay.its just very dated in need of serious updates. Very over priced for what is offered. The whole place smells molded. Can't say i would stay agsin."

"Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

"The building was t perfect by no means but we stayed 2 nights for a softball tournament and the pool area and hot tub were both warm and clean! Overall it was a very nice place just a bit of an older building ! Staff was helpful and friendly I would definitely stay there again! Oh fyi rooms are kinda small"

"We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. Also, the Den which had all the cool arcade games...

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a newer hotel so it is updated nicely. We have virtual options for check-in. I did have an issue getting into the lobby on one of the nights, but I was able to connect with customer service and they were able to unlock it virtually."

"Excellent location and the hotel and rooms were very accommodating. Staff was ok, but could have been more personable. Breakfast was very basic, but a nice added feature. We had stayover service and I didn't realize they didn't remake the bed. They did replenish towels, empty trash, and vacuum tge room. We would stsy again purely for the nice beach access"

"Air conditioning was very noisy and blew the curtains directly above open creating privacy issues as I was on the first floor. There was no guide for the television and remote was clunky. The shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The parking lot was small and was flooded when I checked in which left the small lot even more crowded."

"I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken. Unfortunately we didn’t switch because I felt like the others would’ve been similar and we had a party to get to immediately upon check in, so there was no time for us to...
