The man working the desk said they didn't book through expedia and had an altercation with other customers while I was waiting to check in. Also he was on a personal phone call while the while I waited. The keys to the room also stopped working several times as well.

Stay away.

This was a last minute booking. Do not stay here unless your budget demands it! Sheets were dirty, shower pressure was not enough to water a garden. Went to check out and no one at counter, same guy that checked us in came out of an office, still getting dressed. States has breakfast, only cereal and mini prepackaged muffins available. Did not see milk for breakfast and frankly would not have risked it anyways.

Awful experience

I was just staying one night and needed some where to sleep before heading to Jackson. The night desk clerk was very nice. He said he would leave a note for the daytime clerk to call me a cab the next day to pick up a rental car. I got to the room it was terrible. The latch on the door was loose and there was no extra security latch. There were white stains all over the floor and I did not feel comfortable taking off my shoes. The furniture was old and broken. I sat my purse on the table and the table fell over. The sink and tub did not appear clean. I am so glad I brought my own towels. I washed up in the sink. The handle on the cold water was broken. There was old cigarette butts in the bed. The next morning I went to the desk clerk to have a cab called and the owner's wife could not understand what I wanted so I had to wait 40 minutes for the owner to finish his shower before the call was made.

quick overnight

Very smelly room. Needs to be updated. Breakfast was a choice of two cereals and store bought muffins. Staff was nice.

Of the two rooms, one of them had a brown toilet. Neither A/C units worked very well. Parking lot was dirty. Continental breakfast was 2 sugary cereals and toast - very poor selection.

The toilet was brown in one of the bedrooms and neither room got cool enough to sleep well through the night.

Below average

First off I booked my room online. I booked a king bed no smoking room for 2 nights. My room had a leak in the corner by the door(it did rain by the way). I called the front desk and he came to check it out and tried to convince my to stay. I refused so instead I was given a double room which stunk and didn't have working cold water in the faucet. If I reserve my room ahead of time, I want exactly what I paid for or some sort of refund.

For the price it was to be expected. Not the cleanest nor anywhere near the nicest, but for folks needing a few hours to sleep on the way to a football game it wasn't bad. Definitely stayed at worse places.

I immediately noticed that the room had a pleasant smell. Well that was to cover up the smell of antiquity of the room and it's decor! The carpet hadn't been cleaned in Lord only knows when. There were dust bunnies in every corner. The lining under the bed had turned loose. The broken tile in the bathroom had been repaired one too many times. And the commode seat was not only broken, but broken completely off. Their continental breakfast consisted of generic corn flakes and fruit loops with a side of either toast or donut. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not be going back even to save $10!!

fleas won't even stay here

a place to sleep;was really run down and tattered;looks like it should be bulldozed and rebuilt;it's your typical rundown motel with a national chain name operated by someone that only cares about the bottom line.Would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.You guys should check these places out before you associate your name to them.

Needs Improvement

The condition of the room was very sad the bathroom is in desperate need of remodling. The sink had no stopper and the sink had been spray painted to cover the rust and the paint was peeling off. It was very sad.

affordable, but real ugly

We were there for a funeral, this is the worst hotel.The sheets on the bed had burned holes in them.The toliet and bathtub were very trashy looking. I will spend more money, next time!
