"We loved staying here, even when the room was simple we enjoyed the amenities. We loved the spa and the fact that there was a convince store right next to our building. There was plenty of parking and Liechtenstein is really close from here maybe 18 minutes drive. We had a very relaxing time here. There is no AC to cool the room, but we didn't needed it when we were there."

One thing that took us by surprise was the hotel staff expecting us to clean and leave the hotel in a mopped condition. "Self check in was a bit tricky- one of our reservations easily came up on the computer, but the other didn't (we had 2 rooms). However, a call to the number located on check in and the person on the other end quickly got it sorted and checked us in. The location was BEAUTIFUL, with mountains around us, a waterfall next door and Brown Swiss cows with their cowbells on the hill outside our windows. Our rooms were amazing- complete with kitchens, dining room and living room, by far the best rooms in our stay in Switzerland! Laundry was available, but it was our first stop so we didn't need it. The location made it easiest to have a rental car (we did) but there is a postbus that stops there (not sure how often). There is a nice grocery store in Urnasch a few minutes drive away. We really loved the hiking and sight seeing in this area!"
