Your receptionist went out of her way to help when I requested a room with rails in the bathroom only the day before we were due to arrive. So very grateful, it made it so much easier for my husband to enjoy his stay. Thank you again

We paid extra for an ‘upgrade’ however they only have one room type and all rooms are shared bathroom. It was outright stealing neither Expedia or the hotel willing to refund the extra $71 I paid. Outright disgusting. Loud music and fighting out front all night. Bathroom was absolutely ...
