"The pictures on listing were of the side that was newly renovated but we were put on the need to renovate side. The place was clean but there was poor lighting since there were only lamps, no ceiling light. The furniture in the living area needed to be in a dumpster. The fabric was torn, no springs so seat dropped very low when you sat down. There was a coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. Had to leave the building to a shared building for indoor pool which shut down after we got there. There was no ice machine in the building. How can that be? We went across the street for ice($5.45) which was old and frozen into one solid piece. The curtains in the bedrooms didn’t close all the way so at night the nightlife lights were in our rooms. You could hear everything in the room above. The heating and cooling system was not up to par. We haid very cold air constantly blowing on a 40 degree day. You couldn’t change temperature on thermostat or change to auto. Had to deal with it all night until the next day. They hadn’t really fixed because they will be renovating next. They didn’t mention on the listing that there was a renovation coming up with limited access to pool and amenities so there could be a judgment call. Also the parking area is not across the street but a block away. The only good thing was that it was clean and didn’t have an old smell. I feel Ike they should give me a voucher to return after renovation or to the side already renovated. It is in a prime location "
