"The room is clean but outdated. Everything feels old. The bed was comfortable. There is easy beach access and a pool. Staff around the beach and pool area can be rude. Front desk staff are more friendly. Valet parking, while worth it, can be chaotic at certain times. Family friendly and the area is very nice. Way better than staying in Miami."

"I wish I could tell you how my stay was however, they bumped us to a different hotel without warning just 2 days before check in. We’ve had this reservation for months and because they haven’t finished their renovations they moved us and merely sent us an email stating our reservation would be honored at a different hotel. The rest of my family did not get this message so we had to stay at separate hotels. When I called to speak to someone they gave me a generic answer rather than telling me they could check on it or anything like that. At the end of the day I’m glad we got bumped because the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort was way better! I’d give them 5 stars any day. I will never be booking with The Sunny again. Thanks to their incompetence I found a way better resort!"
