"Convenient for business travel. Generally lovely and the location is nice being near Melrose and the Beverly Center (good shopping!) but I’ve had to wipe down the bathroom floors 2 or the 3 times I’ve stayed here as there was dark hair in some of the floor and sink corners, and in the shower (in blonde). I would usually ask for a new room or to have it cleaned but it was either late / I was tired or I was in too much of a hurry to ask. But I will stay there again "

"This hotel is in an excellent little cation for dining on SantaMonica as well as Sunrise. Nightlife is also walkable. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed."

"Great sanctuary in the middle of WeHo. Didn’t know what to expect, but were amazed with how tranquil it was. Villa was amazing too!"

"Petit Ermitage is a fun, funky, caberet of an "experience"- tucked into a tiny street in the middle of West Hollywood, it's a weird retreat from regular life. Covered in ivy, filled with art, discreet, hushed, quirky- if you want a getaway this is the place. The carpet was kinda gross and the mini bar extended all the way through the room. It was kind of trying to be Chateau Marmont, but I've stayed at Chateau Marmont several times and Petit Ermitage is not it. The fire beds on the roof bar were fun, the service was ok. The valet was lovely. The clientele is a little Influencer/Coachella culture. Guest only restaurant is a little different. The tea service came with adorable tiny honey jars- love!"

"Great location, and the hotel was pretty good overall. Just missing a few things to make it elite. Only limited amenities in the bathroom. The tech and connectivity of TVs etc was not great. They don’t have usb-c ports. It’s obviously a fancy hotel but it costs a lot more than other better hotels. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids is no less than $150. Just a couple things drop it from the ultimate."

"This place is pretty run down. It does not look like the pictures. The check in is behind bulletproof glass, I’m assuming it used to be a bank teller station. The rooms are weird and old with no charm and the parking was $50 for self parking!"
