"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. "The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez.
The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink.
Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate. "
