"Did a bed bug check night before and everything was ok. Woke up in the AM, had one crawling on the pillow. My wife had a few bites. Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. Took the morning to get all of our stuff out onto bags to take home and put into the dryer."

I overheard a customer who couldn't use the washing machine bc it was broken. They did not give lotion and shower cap anymore. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. "
