"The room had its door wide open. Perhaps someone else had this room, or the room was not ready. I went back to counter. I told the male staff about this. He asked me what is the problem? I believe the male staff is a manager. He was cold to begin with when I checked in. Obviously, doesn’t want to assist me further. It was broken recorded hot in Belgium.
