We couldn’t even sleep because we heard everything through the wall, without even trying. We heard so much we could write a perfect transcription of their conversations while laying in the bed. The bed that is on the other side of the shared wall. If it weren’t for having shrödinger’s walls it’d be a no-complaints stay."

"We have stayed here many times with no complaints however this time was different. First, there were no food offerings in the morning as before with no explanation as to why. Not even coffee. There was a power outage one evening and the emergency generator did not engage. I had to climb to the 3rd floor on my just recently healed broken ankles. No help or explanation was offered by staff. Spent all night in the dark and no devices were charging. The room landline was also out. I shudder to think what would have happened if we had a true emergency with no means of communication. The next morning when questioned about electrical service the staff member said it would be handled when the assistant manager arrived at 11 am. Seriously? Wouldn’t management have been on scene when there was a known problem? Never again!"
