"We had an amazing time for our honeymoon here. Although it was lower season for them, this made our experience much more charming. The restaurants were accommodating with dinner times, the staff was super friendly. Kayson, Teddy, Coco Sam, Delan from scores bar, big thank you for making our experience wonderful! Even the General manager and everyone from Expedia was super friendly, and welcoming thanks again."

"This property was so beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING, especially the landing restaurant. We had the breakfast included package and it was so worth it. I traveled with my husband and our two children (19 & 17) and although we did some excursions, they did not want to leave the resort. It was literally perfect! We had a suite, which was so spacious and gave the adults their private time and the kids had their own space. The outdoor jacuzzi was pretty cool too because you could make it hot or “cool.” We went in August 26, which is slow season for them and we loved how quiet it was. Still plenty of guests but no need to fight over beach chairs. I would HIGHLY recommend this resort and can’t wait to go again!!"

"The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Complementary filtered water, coffee and tea were plentiful. Ms Tessa who was assigned to our room did a great job and responded quickly to our requests. (Ms Tessa - thank you for not removing our personal pillow slips - as was done at other resorts). The beach was always clean and we had a wonderful time there taking numerous family pictures. The guard saw we were having a good time and even left the gate open for us for a few extra minutes. All the staff we encountered -in the dining room, at the front desk and all around the grounds were always courteous, always greeted us and inquired as to how our day was going and if we needed any extra assistance. We even had one of the waitresses in the dining room ask us to critique and give her tips on on customer service skills. A few suggestions for improvement: 1. Front desk registration - most of the information could be collected upfront - I had many emails before my arrival and that registration data could have been collected there. 2. Rooms - (a)my room had no bath towel racks or hooks, (b) for 2 adults we were only given one wash cloth - even when the rooms were refreshed it was still only one wash cloth (c) there was no shower curtain or door so every shower resulted in a wet floor. 3. The cocktails that I sampled were really "light" on the alcohol. This did not deflect from us having a WONDERFUL vacation and we would not hesitate to return."

"The staff were friendly and very attentive. If you need anything for your room just pick up the phone and ask and it will be delivered promptly. The pool bars close at 6pm and the water is warm. Food truck is a great alternative for lunch and they have daily specials but the jerk chicken was my favorite. Booking with Expedia gives you extra benefits like breakfast at Grazie. I highly recommend getting a swim out room as that was the highlight of our stay. And lastly, keep the fan on in your room so the mosquitos leave you alone!"

"If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it on, but we didn’t always have it on us. Additionally, we went in late August when the resort was probably only at about 30% capacity, which added to the calm and open feel of the resort, so take that into consideration for the review. We also took the helicopter tour to get to the resort rather than the car ride, which was definitely worth it (and the helicopter ride was way smoother than expected). There were lots of activities to take part in, which the front desk sets up for you no problem, so we felt very taken care of. The beach was great and the restaurants were delicious, but again I’ll add that the resort was mostly empty when we were there. The weather did forecast rain everyday, but that was because we got hit with a ~5 minute rain storm each morning then it passed. It only actually rained for one of the days we were there. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back!"

"Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views. We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place. The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there. Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down there on a regular basis, they could probably sell more drinks. The food was pretty mid in my opinion Taxis are quite expensive to go anywhere and it seems as if the rates are quite negotiable so make sure you not only double check with a concierge but with a taxi driver while you’re there otherwise you might end up with a different price - which is what happened to us we were quoted $20-$25 from the concierge but then when we got dropped off suddenly it was $35 each way - not fault of the hotel per se - but it would be nice if they helped us a little more on that one Also, the first night we were there all the electricity went out in our room so when we got out of the pool, we noticed we had no electricity and of course when we called them, they came right away, but it did take 30 minutes to get it fixed. Otherwise great beach resort"
