The staff were very friendly, great amenities with the thermal pools and shuttle. Able to walk to a great observatory of Arenal but would recommend taking a private car because the walk is steep and long. First day saw a sloth on the walking trail around the dining hall.

The service and rooms were 5 star and we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We stayed in their suite with our two adult children and everything was amazing.
