Las recepcionistas Diana y Abre gal son muy amables. Las recámaras Reina e Isabel hacen su trabajo excelente. El problema es que necesitan de renovar cambios de cama y almohadas. No se si a la ama de llaves (Julia) le importe la comodidad y limpieza de todo lo referente a cañas porque deja mucho que desear.

No Room Available

Hotel indicated they were full with no rooms available. I was sent to Hotel Metro (near Hotel Astur). I would recommend Hotel Metro where you would more likely get a room. The room was clean and comfortable at Hotel Metro.
