Me sentí engañado la habitación de la primera noche era de ua tarifa de 500 pesos, una TV Antigua, diría de museo ni servía. Nos cambiaron de habitación de mejores condiciones una TV de pantalla pero solo se veía un canal, aunque parezca incredible, aunque incluía el desayuno, éste era muy pobre.

No me gusto las instalaciones son habitaciones muy frias, no te ponen un cobertor extra. El jabon tampoco papel higienico del corriente (comento por lo que se pgo por hbitacion creo que debe de ser mejor calidad. )

el Hotel un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, las instalaciones estaban bien pero no era lo que yo esperaba, el personal de la recepcion eran algo distraídos ya que adquirimos un paquete con ellos para conocer los lugares turísticos y jamás nos hicieron la reservación por lo que perdimos más de 2 horas esperando a que nos dieran una respuesta

Deja mucho que desear

Los jardines son lindos, pero las habitaciones atestaban a gas, el inmobiliario es viejo, y si a eso le sumas la atención nefasta de el personal de recepción pues peor aún, tube que Canselar mi pago y estadía ahí. Me fui para el hotel Castillo Santa Cesilia y algo totalmente distinto. Este último muy muy recomendable

Lovely place to stay with the family. The view is nice even if you have de road beside because it has not much traffic. The pool is protected and warm and is a good place to go with the kids.

Me encanto el hotel se siente un clima agradable.

Me encanto el estilo del hotel, sus instalaciones estan muy bien. Me encanta todo lo que tiene aunque no lo use por que llevaba muy poco tiempo. Los de recepcion tienen un trato agradable. Tienen buenos desayunos. Y sus camas son muy comodas que en otros lugares.

Muy buena ubicación, muy agradable el sitio, se disfruta es un sitio tranquilo para descansar. Requiere mantenimiento a su sala de ejercicio, pero es accesible para ejercicio ligero.

This hotel seems to have seen better days. Beds and bathrooms would need an update, the suite did not seem to be the cleanest of places. People were nice and helpful. Bar was closed.

Hotel en deterioro, PERSONAL FRUSTRADO!!!

La primer habitación que nos ofrecieron tenia muy mal olor a humedad y a ropa sucia, la segunda 201 tenia un charco de agua sucia en el baño, las llaves de lavamanos una no funcionaba y en la otra salia muy poca agua, las sabanas estaban también sucias, y en la cocineta había una gotera del techo que cae a la barra, los sillones de madera crujen mucho como si se fuesen a romper al sentarse y lo mismo pasa con la cama, el botones nunca nos llevo el control de la TV a pesar de pedirselo. Nuestra reservacion contaba con desayuno, nos dijeron que continental (cafe, fruta y yogurth), y no nos lo quisieron conjuntar con otro para solo agregar huevo al gusto, de hecho el mesero se mostró muy poco servicial al decirnos que aunque el mantel de nuestra mesa estaba sucio con grasa y chorizo.. literal!!!! que no podía cambiarlo que se los prohibían, se le pidió rotarlo al menos y nos dijo que no le permitían tampoco eso, así que nosotras mismas tuvimos que realizarlo para no tener que comer sobre un mantel poco higiénico, se molesto el mesero al pedirle un limón para la fruta y ya mejor nos lo mando con otra mesera quien si fue muy amable. El hotel requiere de personal que no este frustrado con su labor, pues esa es la impresión que este mesero nos dió. Les ayudaría capacitar a su personal en atención y servicio al cliente. Al solicitar en recepción los boletos del desayuno, con molestia indicaron, ahhh son de los de expidia!!! Salimos con muy mala experiencia de este "HOTEL".

Gran error el hospedarse

La decoración es vieja y deteriorada. En el baño la tina no dan ganas de usarla ya que esta toda percudida. La regadera está muy abajo y no permite bañarte adecuadamente. El restaurante se tardan mucho en atenderte y lo cierran muy temprano antes de las 19:00 No cuenta con aire acondicionado. Tampoco ventilador

Cómodo para pasar unos días en Guanajuato , solo si tienes Villa y quieres encender la chimenea asegúrate de que tengan leña desde temprano , si vas a recepción por la noche a pedirla , ni caso te hacen

NO DESPERDICIEN SU DINERO

El 5 de agosto de 2017, nos hospedamos en este hotel, mi hijo, mi esposa y un servidor, pagando MXN$2,649.00 por una noche. El hotel está increiblemente sobrevaluado: 1. La atención: - Es malisima, parece que te hacen un favor, en particular el atención en el restaurante es la peor, no se es porque están mal pagados o simplemente nos les gusta su trabajo. 2. Los alimentos: - El desayuno incluido es muy malo, raquítico, sin sazón, la fruta al parecer les sobró del día anterior, se aprecia que esta oxidada, la presentación de los alimentos pésima, las instalaciones muy sencillas, etc 3. La habitación: - Nos hospedamos en la habitación número 12, bueno, no acabaría nunca de describir los fallos, sin embargo destacaría las camas incómodas, los muebles viejos deteriorados (con partes rotas), paredes sucias, las sábanas sin suavizante, las toallas deshilachadas, la cortina del baño llena de hongos, la altura a la que se encuentra situada la regadera muy baja, si mides 1.50 de estatura o menos, no tendrás problemas, etc, Anexo algunas fotografías. EN RESUMEN ESTÁ GENTE NO TIENE IDEA DE SU NEGOCIO, PERO COBRA COMO SI SUPIERA.

Not what I would call a 4 star hotel

The outside of this place is beautifully landscaped and well kept. It's the inside of the rooms and the services that need help. First of all the wifi is only accessible in the lobby. The wifi that is supposed to service the rooms doesn't work and the hotel has done nothing to fix it. Secondly the bathroom of the room we were in was in terrible shape. When you step in the tub it felt unstable. Like it was going to fall through the floor. The tile around the tub was cracked, old and gross. No AC or even a fan is in the room so it was really stuffy. The windows were impossible to open so that didn't help. Very misleading when you first arrive. With the outside of the hotel being so well kept, you would assume the inside would match, but it doesn't.
