住的地方並不是真的機場旁邊，因為一定要搭車或者接駁車，不是很容易去到。服務有點慢，不過客服人員還不錯。入住登記和住的地方有專車接送，很棒。在住進去後，找了很久都找不到打前檯服務的電話在哪裡，原來是在住宿外面要去搭電梯的走廊。飛機聲有點大聲，但是像我們去哪裡都能睡的，也還好。地方很寛敞舒服。充電線要充電居然是要掃碼另外付費，個人覺得有點小氣。

The breakfast was excellent. The property is well kept and there are plenty of restuarants nearby where the food is good abd inexpensive. The airport shuttle was very helpful in getting to and from the airport everyday. It helped in getting to local busses and the Metro system.

L’hôtel n’est pas du tout à proximité de l’aéroport comme annoncé sur le site ! Il y 15 mn de bus entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel. De plus une fois arrivé à l’hôtel , on doit reprendre une petite navette pour rejoindre la chambre !

不合标准的旅舘，不應在hotel.com

旅館裝修堂皇。 服務十分差。 1） 我們的二個房間，都畄下以前的客人用過的嗽口杯(杯口向上里有水）和用过的手刷牙膏放在洗手盒边。有间厅地面，里色一大块。不用說沙發底下灰塵多多。 2） 無淋浴和洗头液。 3） 我們被分配到的房間離開主樓隔了一条馬路。 是用電瓶車送到的。總臺根本無什麼解釋我們明天我們是怎樣接送去機場的。 电甁車的人說提早15 分鐘叫車。 並没有让我們知道接送車會來到我們的樓下。我們提早了半個鐘頭以為電甁車接我們到旅館大廳，然後再等車到機場。 4） 個個苦口苦臉，不想多講一句話。

Bed Bugs Beware!

There were bed bugs and so they changed my room. Even the new room wasn't good ...it was late and I was terrified sleeping there and woke up next morning to a bug bite. It was a horrible experience for the few hours of layover!!

The place is very beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is nice. The breakfast is great. People who work there are very friendly, and respond very quickly to requests. There are free shuttles every hour to and from the airport. Very convenient. Once at the airport, the subway can go anywhere, including the next city Foshan. And the subway system is nice and clean and very inexpensive. If you are in a hurry, there is a DiDi car there to serve you. Overall , I highly recommend this place, and will stay here again next time.

We booked the hotel for a long stopover at Guangzhou airport. Prior to the stay we asked if we could have an early checkin as we arrived in the morning and left in the evening. No response, also after several reminder emails/messages. So I booked two nights to be sure. When we arrived at the airport, we could not find the shuttle bus from the airport. Instructions were very unclear. We were sent from one place to another but never found the bus. The telephone number did not work. So we never stayed in the hotel and wasted our money.

Very nice property for the price. Check in is at the hotel but that’s not made clear. Was trying to get to the apartment but couldn’t locate the address on the maps. Airport shuttle is supposed to be available, but only from Terminal 2. Was told to call to request for it upon arrival. Not a good arrangement for foreigners with no local line. We ended up taking a cab which cost close to RMB80, including tolls.

The property is almost a 10 min drive on highway away from airport. Difficult to find out where in airpirt to go to catch shuttle to hotel. Helpful and efficient. But definitely not 0.1miles from airport as advertised. Its 0.1 miles from the pheonix hotel in the same chain. Once at hotel it was clean and well set up.

Los apartamentos son amplios y con buena limpieza, la distancia al aeropuerto con el shuttle del hotel a 20 minutos a la terminal 2. No todo el personal habla inglés pero hay una actitud de servicio. Podrían informar donde tomar el shuttle en el aeropuerto, no es fácil localizarlo, no hay información al respecto.

Great place, super close to the airport. I arrived at 2am from Vietnam, then finally arguing with the taxi driver to let me go because he said he waited 2 hours in line. Then reception couldn't find me after 40 mintues on the system... Then, the first room's shower didn't work The phone is next to the elevator outside, I told them. They said they would swap rooms. After another 30 mintues, someone finally arrives and gives me the new key Without even taking the second one. Then I settle into the second room, and that shower wasn't working either. I gave up trying to change rooms again, so I had to wash myself with the glasses given to drink water with the tap. After I finally get into bed it was 5am. I check out explaining the situation, they couldn't care less and still charged me for breakfast. Best part about all of this, not one word of English was used.

sleeping with airplanes take off and landing noise

It is an apartment with one or two bedrooms.You will stay in one the buildings behind front hotel. Golf cart is available any time for transport between hotel lobby and resident apartments. There is a courtesy phone in hallway to call for pickup only Chinese speakers I guess. Overall, it is satisfactory but air planes taking off/landing on top of roof day and night, loudly. Free shuttle pick up from airport T2 arrival which is on 2nd floor, pay attention to shuttles/hotels pick up signs. It is hard to locate bus stop.
