Expedia marketing scam!!!!!

Expedia advertised that the hotel comes with foc breakfast! But it doesn't shown in the itinerary and we called and asked. Expedia asked us to get the breakfast done in hotel and claim by receipt. We apologize to our guestS and hope they can understand and assure them we will pay them back for the breakfast. In fact, the hotel doesn't provide breakfast anymore ! So how we can have the breakfast there and claim back??? Expedia gave goodwill coupon rm150 to us but when we submitted for payment only rm50 been deducted!!! We really can't understand why all these can happened with Expedia !

写真と全く異なります

とにかく、汚いし、床の絨毯も掃除もされていないような感じです。冷蔵庫も使用できませんでした。決して快適に滞在できるとは言えません。展示会場に近いのが唯一の利点です

My stay at Warm Yes Hotel

I booked my hotel room with Expedia and paid for the room with free breakfast (paid thru Expedia). However , the hotel did not have a restaurant and did not honor the commitment of Expedia for free breakfast. Also, the carpet was old and dirty, looked like it had not been vacuumed for a long time. The phone in the room also did not work. In fairness to the hotel, the location was very good since it was very near a Metro station.

近赤崗站C1/C2出口,十分方便.房整潔,無線上網速度快. 楼下有麥当勞及72街可医肚 無翡翠及亞視本港台,但有明珠及ATV英文台 要自備刷牙用品,午夜後仍有熱水沐浴 Hotels.com有少許資料錯 網上訂房含早餐但酒店強調一定不含早餐 原因:酒店無自己餐廳 總括:以房價計此酒店都住得過

체크인하고 입실을 하니, 정말 아무것도 없었다. 옷장에 봉이 없어서 옷걸이가 없는것은 당연한거고, 수건도 한개, 수건을 쓰고나면, 어디 걸만한곳도 없었다. 여행가방을 세워 손잡이를 뽑아서 그곳에 수건을 널었을 정도였다.. 직원은 불친절, 친절을 따지기 보다는, 좀 이상했다.. 조식이 포함된 가격에 예약을 했고, 체크인시 아침은 어디서 하냐고 물었더니, 지금이자리로 내일 아침에 오란다. 아침에 내려가니, 아침식사는 포함이 안되어있다고 해서, 호텔방에 올라가, 확약서를 가져와 보여주니, 그제서야 식권을 준다. 그다음날은 다른 일행분들도 우리와 같은 일을 겪고 있었다.. 한사람만 조식이 있다고, 분명 어제 우리랑 같이 식사하는걸 봤는데, 참 이상한 호텔이였다. 한마디로 이런 호텔은 처음이라고 말하고 싶다. 가장 좋았던것은 교통이 너무나 편리하다는거... 가까이 지하철이 있어서 공항이나 전시장.. 물론 전시장은 셔틀을 운영해서 아주 편리하게 다녔다...

Location was the winner

The location to the fair would out way the things the hotel lacked , The access to MacDonlds , KFC, and the Chinese 72 , made eating easy for a first timer to China ,Also the subway rail station within 200 meters from the door will save being ripped off by a Taxi driver for future fair visits , as I will travel to and from the airport via the subway next time . The shuttle service via the hotel was good ,

Great location

They have very friendly staff. The rooms are reasonable, however i know they are renovating the rooms. I believe the rooms will be much better then. The location is what i love most. situated at chigang subway station is very much the centre of guangzhou city. so moving around is a bliss. the hotel is also situated 100m from the hotel entrance. no doubt its a small hotel, but i like it there. not too crowded with street.

Everything you need for a short stay

This hotel is next to a metro station, so very convenient for getting anywhere in Guangzhou. The rooms are clean and functional (properly working air conditioning, fridge, water cooker, wifi, hot water), staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are not particularly nice or fancy, but they do provide everything you need during your stay.

無熱水沖涼,快要渴死的"酒店"

話說呢間酒店都唔易搵,晚上十二時到達,職竟然話全間酒店FULL了,我同職員理論,說明我在Hotels.com訂的,無禮貌的職員,用了15分鐘,不耐煩的情況(好似是我錯咁),終於找到了我的訂單,無禮貌的職員,竟串我一句,說他從來沒有聽過hotels.com呢個網站,算....我忍,我想快點上房,職員再三指出,酒店full了,我說怎麼辦,最後,另一較為"有禮貌"的職員說給我upgrade到商務房間(因為還有一間),我接過匙卡,很快便上房,上到6樓發現是尾房,算....我忍.......一拍卡,無反應,即落去大堂找職員,職員二話不說,check都無check張匙卡,便話間房的鎖是壞的,我火都來,明知壞,不早說,害我走了一趟,之後職員陪我上去"開鎖",開了5分鐘,總算開到入房,房間一陣煙味,職員補了一句,我呆了,他說酒店今天的熱水爐有點問題,可能你沖涼時,""水會有點涼"",我一聽就知死火,唉.....如我所想,水不是有點涼,是"凍水",天呀...............我怎樣沖涼呀??我再問,有沒有免費水提供,職員說,我們全酒店也沒有一支水供應,如果你要渴水,要出酒店後,左轉到第二個路口,直走5分鐘,再右轉,直走3分鐘,再左轉,走到街尾,就有一間便利店在右手邊.......天呀.......晚上一點了,要我走10多分鐘,才有一支水飲,我即想同職員講,退回錢,我住第二間酒店.......當然最後我屈服了,上房沖了"凍水涼",在差一點渴死的狀況下過了一晚,我發誓我呢一世都唔會再住呢間"酒店",回家後,還傷風了,真的多得呢間酒店唔少
