We arrived early (6:30 AM) after a long flight from the U.S. with 3 kids and asked to pay for early check-in. They charged us $551 for one night, while the normal online price was about $330. This clearly felt like taking advantage of tired travelers.
When we tried to file a complaint, the staff refused to give their full names and hid behind “privacy,” which makes no sense for customer-facing employees.
Things escalated to the point where they even called the police — completely unnecessary and very unprofessional.
Traveling with family should not be treated this way. This was one of the worst hotel service experiences we’ve had."
