"Buenos días, Cuando llegue al hotel está cerrado y llevaba varios meses cerrado. Solicitó la devolución del dinero, de lo contrario lo denunciare en consumidores. No entiendo como se puede dar una reserva y cobrarla cuando el hotel se encuentra cerrado. Viajamos en moto y menos mal que llegamos a la 19:00 horas y nos dio tiempo de encontrar otro hotel, pero si llegamos más tarde que tenemos que dormir en la calle. Un saludo"
