Bom, primeiro que os horários de checkin são bagunçados, no email esta 14h, na mensagem esta as 15h. Outra coisa exigem que deixado a chave no sistema de portaria eletrônica, mas atendimento dessa portaria é péssimo, demoram para atender e quando atendem demora também para destravar.

Senses Praia Hotel - Guarujá
Didn’t have beach view from my apartment, parking is in terrible condition, general condition is above average. Breakfast is half descent, it’s a lot to pay for an average service, definitely not coming back

Parque Balneário Hotel Santos by Castelo Itaipava
The Lobby was Beautiful, the staff was Friendly, Helpful. The room was spacious and accommodating. The Breakfast was a wide variety of foods, and delicious. The coffee was fabulous!
