don't do it!!!
Do not book here.I arrived at the hotel and was told I did not have a reservation even after I showed the comfirmation E mail.Then she tried to charge me more money.The place was dark and musty.I left to find other lodging.A real hassle.

wifiが室内では繋がらなかったが、その後リセットしてもらったがまた繋がらなくの繰り返しだった、それを考慮する必要がある
元の部屋から部屋内にバストイレ付きの部屋は無償で変えてもらいありがたかった
フリーのウォーターサーバがあり貴重だった

Même si l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé dans la zona 1, la rue est assez glauque le soir. Rien aux alentours pour dîner. L'hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement car tout est vieillot.

No free shuttle service to the airport (Ben of orbitz.com promised there was free shuttle service). No spoken English by most staff.. Very filthy room (hair in sink drain...was not cleaned by staff whilst I went out for several hours the evening of February 27, 2018, in Guatemala City, though the promise was made). Hotel in sketchy area of the city.
Ben of Orbitz.com told me by phone when I made the booking that it is 2.5 stars...but Ben didn't volunteer this information, I had to think to ask him the quality.

Find a Better Place
This hotel was a Dump!!! The place was awful and I Never get bothered. The rooms were old and cramped. The water fountain was dry. The desk receptionist could not order a cab and spoke nearly no English. The wifi only ran at night. We were only there to catch a plane, but I'm sure there are much better places than this.
