"The best hotel we've stayed in so far during our vacation in Panama. The room was large. The bathroom was a little cramped. The air conditioner was pretty loud. The pool and other amenities, like the steam room and activities area were great. We are at the restaurant three times and all were enjoyable. The best part were the staff. They were all very polite and engaging. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Oro. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choice and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Guayaquil is generally unsafe and the area around the hotel is a typical example as to why but the hotel try to ensure that this doesn’t impact on your stay and do this well. I did experience a problem with payment miscommunication during my stay and I feel the staff could have done a little more to assist but that’s a lesson learnt for me. A slight detraction from an otherwise great stay."
