"A brilliant stay. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport & wanting to feel safe in Guayaquil given the UK FCO advice. It was perfect. I was upgraded on arrive to the sky club on the 7th floor. The room was brilliant, bed comfy, nice view, spacious, robe etc. the outdoor jacuzzi and pool were lovely for a dip before bed. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly the lovely staff member who spoke English in the restaurant. Dinner was nice as was breakfast. No complaints, most expensive place I’ve stayed on my backpacking trip but 100% worth it."

"From start to finish our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were supportive and helpful for everything, they even helped me practice my Spanish with every interaction. This hotel stay was one of the best we have ever had. Everyone there was 10 out of 10!!!"
