I had a fantastic stay at Hostal Macaw. Fanny, the owner, is a kind lady that bends backwards to meet clients needs. Always smiling, making sure one feels welcome. Also her husband always has good advice at hand. They arranged my airport shuttle and take away lunch as well, which was really helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the property is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The walk to a nearby mall only takes a few minutes. I can highly recommend Hostal Macaw to other travellers.
