"The hotel was ok but the room was too small for 3 people and was very much like a UK travel lodge, clean but basic. The main issue was the room was also far too hot, no air conditioning. It was disappointing that considering the views the rooms don’t have balconies, most of the others in the area ..."

"We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order."

"It does not have a pool. The hotel is more expensive than normal because of having a pool and breakfast but the pool was dry! and the buffet breakfast ran out of items in half an hour.
