Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as we visited the Christmas Market which is a short walk away. Hotel underground parking for about 6 cars at 15 Euros a day. Other underground parking close by which was very busy due to the Market but 13 Euros a day. Breakfast excellent but not free/included ...
