He estado dos veces seguidas en este hotel con una semana de diferencia y se confirma las deficiencias, solo pasa el servicio de habitaciones si se exige en recepción, no reponen el gel de ducha a menos que lo reclames varias veces, y el hotel peca de tener pocos servicios en general

Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel has great amenities. The Michelin restaurants were world class but the general restaurant (1890) was ok but there was too big a difference between the quality of the restaurants. The biggest issue was the main bar where the service in the evening was very poor ...
