"The only reason this didn’t get 1 star is because of the location. It’s great. That’s where it ends. The room was filthy. Hairs and grime all in the bathroom and in the shower. Not to mention it was like Bambi on ice when stepping into the shower because there’s no grip, it’s a claim waiting to happen ..."

"Lovely experience at The Crowne Plaza in Manchester. Friendly reception staff, chatty and considerate in extreme heat. Nice air conditioning in our room on the 7th floor meant a comfortable nights sleep. Very handy location for a music event nearby."
