"Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not."

"The property was great, aside from the insanely steep stairs that were a bit shocking upon arrival, I may have missed it but my elderly mother wasn’t prepared for that hike when we got in. All in all H77 Is fantastic and I would 100% stay again just without my mother"

"This is like an apartment. Laundry was on site and free. It had a kitchenette. Location was great. 15 min walk to colosseum, 3 min to Piazza Venezia, 5 min to Trevi, 15 min Spanish steps, 15 min to the pantheon and 5 min to the Roman Ruins. All in all the best location Only nit pick: Breakfast from the place was meh. Better options are available in multiple places nearby. Anyway you have to walk past multiple places to the Numa breakfast place."

"We stayed here during our 2week Italy trip where Rome was our 1st stop. We had a very good experience overall. The interior appears to be completely renovated and everything still smelled new and clean when we arrived. The towels were large, soft, and fluffy — something that is surprisingly not always the case in Italy. The unit itself was a good size, and the bathroom was especially spacious by Rome standards. Everything inside felt modern, including the fixtures, shower, countertops, and...
