"I had a really good experience here, especially because of the lady at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding during a very stressful time for me and my daughter. We had just moved to a new state and were in a new area, and unfortunately, things didn’t work out the way we had planned. I was frustrated and overwhelmed, but she reassured me that everything was going to be okay.
She checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and even helped us get another room when we needed one. Her kindness and customer service truly made a difference during a difficult time. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were okay and had what we needed.
