"The day before our stay i checked with the hotel and was told the airport shuttle operates until 1 am. We arrived the next day and called for a shuttle at 12:30 am and was told the shuttle stops at midnight. We waited 20 minutes and took an Uber to the hotel. While checking in at the hotel we saw the shuttle in operation as it dropped off guests. Over the next three days i checked with various staff members and was again informed the shuttle operates until 1 am."

"I reserved a room for 2 people and the lady at the front desk got bothered because my friend was coming in an out of the room she said that only one person per room and that there was no visit allowed. Causing me to check out very early I checked in at 2pm and checked out but 9pm"

"Stay away from this property. Booked months in advance and pre-paid. When I arrived (late, at 10 pm on a Friday) they had no room for me. The fat girls working the desk were of no help and only shrugged their shoulders. "
