"A perfect mountain retreat. The hotel is in a beautiful location, between the mountains and a golf course. The service was always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with all the comforts. Recommended."
"Our check-in experience was pleasant and our stay in the apartment was great, thanks to Wendy and Jason who were extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped.
Will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. "
"Location, not easy to find due to google maps leading to a different resort. Needs better directions. Bed sheets have stains , not clean. Toilet & bathroom clean. "
"Loved the comfortable bed, basement parking, heated pool, gym facilities and the water dispensers located on each floor. Location is good too as it's within walking distance to Kea Farm.
Many thanks to the kind and hospitable staff, they were so pleasant from check-in till check-out!"
"A hotel full of history, very interesting to walk around and discover so many different details. Lovely afternoon tea and good breakfast.
But it’s a place that need renovations which I understand is not easy with the humid climate. We enjoyed out stay."

"I had booked two rooms but they only had one room. The fabric and furniture and furnishings were very poor. Bath towels were very old and brown with age. No coffee making facilities, television not working
Windows not able to close. No controls in room for the aircondition.
Only positive thing was the first receptionist was very apologetic and helpful but everything was out of her control.
Certainly wouldn’t recommend any one staying there"
