Very friendly staff who were most helpful. Shoutout to the girl on reception with short hair who was fantastic and gave us some good recommendations. The food was nice and the room was good for the price.

Very nice place the only set back is the church across with the bells ringing during the night. Especially if it’s really hot and the windows are open for air. Besides that the hotel and food ( restaurant) is very good

We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, attentive and willing to share any tips and tricks to help us during our visit. House keeping came in and everyday. We had lunch at the restaurant as well and it was delicious! The breakfast got us going before our daily activities. 10/10 best hotel to stay.

It was basic but 'OK'. This was probably the 'worst' hotel we stayed in during our nine-day road trip. It was also the only hotel where we had a shared bathroom. That said, it's not the hotel's fault as it is in the description – I just wasn't expecting a hotel with shared bathrooms (not stayed in such a hotel for nearly 20 years). The room itself had a sink, a small window, a light and twin beds – basic but sufficient (just) and looked nothing like the photos on the profile. Due to the single overhead light, it looked very dingy in the early evening. The quality of food on offer was… 'OK' – nothing to write home about and we did not get food poisoning but there were a LOT of flies in the dining area (which is probably beyond the hotel's control). That said, the single biggest plus about the hotel is its location if going to the Grimsel, Furka, Susten, Gotthard passes. That alone offsets all the other negatives. Having parking available is the second plus point.

It’s up the Grimsel pass about 6 kilometres from Innertkirchen, had a decent spaghetti bolognaise, there’s millions of flies sharing it if you sit outside , it’s not the hotel at fault it’s just Switzerland. Room had a sink in it , nothing else , one shower room and toilet , 13 rooms on the floor we were on , I cannot say how many of these 13 rooms had en suites , if they do not then one shower and one toilet is not enough, £140 for the room is pushing it
