"The hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location. It’s right near Sigil Station on Line 5 — just take Exit 3, walk straight, then turn left, and you’ll see the hotel at the intersection. The breakfast was also quite good, especially the Korean-style options, which were very tasty. However, there were a few downsides. I was traveling alone and was only given one small pillow, which was not very comfortable. I had to go to the front desk to request an extra one. The bedroom itself is quite small, which wasn’t a big issue, but the refrigerator is placed very close to the bed and makes a lot of noise, which affected my sleep."

"This place was easy. 3 malla connected to each other and all the staff in the hotel are very courteous and helpful. I will recommend everyone stays at the hotel, especially if you’re a first time in Korea."

"I went back as I've been before - but my 'romantic memories' were soon washed away. I was quickly reminded that the elevators takes forever (as in it is actually a problem), the staff has an attitude, and the rooms are small (with absolutely no option to work - not even a lounge). I was provided with an accessible room for guests with disabilities, which is no issue. But the bathroom floor had no inclination, so I was left with a wet floor for hours. Next morning i paid a fortune for breakfast only to be asked to dine in the lobby by the arrogant host in the resutant. The gym is great and the area is cool (like 10 minutes walking though), but that is simply not enough for me to ever come back. Will recommend you to explore alternative options as it is likely a better use of time and resources."
