"Although the air conditioning was not very effective this was due to the switch in power supply as I was duly informed, I enjoyed my stay as there was back up rechargeable fan which I consider a good initiative. The room was clean and I would consider staying here if I am ever in town again."

"This should not be listed as a hotel and I’m so disappointed that Expedia even has this listed on their website. The building is falling apart, the facilities are terrible, linen and towels are not clean. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I attempted a cup of tea for breakfast. To countertop was full of bugs crawling all over the place. While the staff were friendly and tried to help, this is not a facility that they can solve. I stayed here with my family. My brother’s room had a live wire hanging in the bathroom. This is not a hotel. Spend a little more and stay more central in Abuja for a better experience. "

"This property is fraudulent. The pictures on Expedia do not at all represent the state of the rooms. It is filthy, noisy, no back up power, the toilets don't work, the roads leading up to the place is unsafe and almost inaccessible, even the address is misleading and doesn't take you to that location on the maps, not even close enough, the staff are extremely unhelpful and appear unbothered by how bad their service is. It was so terrible I couldn't stay and had to be back out in Abuja in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere else to spend the night. This place is a scam and it should be delisted."
