"Had a few days to enjoy the area ahead of a small group tour of Malta. Hotel was well located, walkable and clean. Breakfast was great, restaurant was satisfactory-nothing special. Was a little chilly for pool time, but pools were lovely - both rooftop and garden locations."

"The hotel is well located with beautiful rooftop & beachfront pools. We didn’t have time to visit the spa pool, but the treatment facilities were lovely. We had a Junior suite which was a good size, and the lounger in the corner was lovely as you could read on it or use it to pack/unpack. My frustration really came from housekeeping. Every day when they took our towels away, they forgot to replace them. Each time I complained, they were apologetic, but for a hotel of this caliber, after the first complaint they should have made sure it didn’t happen again. “Turn down” service was also at very inconvenient times - 5/6pm when people are getting ready to go out, meaning they just dropped the treats and asked if you needed anything rather than a true turndown."

"Received about 5 emails prior to arrival offering airport transfers etc. The final 2 were about online check in, which I completed. I arrived at 8pm to find they had no rooms and had overbooked me. After being asked to wait in the cafe area while they made calls I was moved to another hotel. This was disappointing as I'd paid on booking a few months before and checked in the day before arrival. Reception staff were helpful but shouldn't have been put in that position."

"Fantastic hotel. We’ve stayed in Malta for 12 years and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. For a young family of 4, the rooms, breakfast, indoor pool, staff and general ease of getting about were excellent. Saw a couple of UK celebrities too. If we had to pick fault, the rooftop pool was too cold for the kids to enjoy, but the indoor pool made up for it"

"Place is very accessible!, Next to a shopping mall!!! 10 minutes shall I say going to the bus stop to Valleta. Hotel is very clean and smells good. Staff are all excellently good and very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good. I like the booster drink in the morning. Guest are well looked after. I appreciate that so much! I rooftop pool was great. I didn’t try the indoor pool downstairs. I feel safe too. Overall is excellent. Would come back."
