"The level of service from the Hyatt team was excellent. They made you feel very comfortable from the instant of your arrival until departure. Very good attention to detail and they threw in a few wonderful extra surprises for me and the wife. We very much enjoyed our brief visit to the hotel, which was perfectly located is St Julien but also extremely quiet too. I would certainly stay here again."

"Room was clean and quite spacious. There is another hotel with the same name on the Main Street which made this a little confusing, however this hotel was still close to that property. Good location if you’re planning to use the bus or Sliema ferry. The pool advertised is actually a beach/day club you get free access to and is across the street."

"The room was clean and comfortable and was serviced every day. The staff were courteous and friendly and helpful in all enquiries, resolving all issues to satisfaction. Breakfast was varied and very good though it is quite busy. The balcony was very welcome as it was still very warm in October. All is all, a very pleasant stay and will probably return again as teh amenities around the hotel are excellent"

"This hotel is ideally situated on the promenade at Sliema. The welcome from the front of house staff was second to none……… help was always there, staff were well informed, thoughtful, considerate and willing to put themselves out to make a stay excellent. The breakfast was tremendous, with an excellent variety of hot and cold choices. Meals in the restaurant were very good too. Everything was well maintained, with unobtrusive staff constantly keeping all rooms and facilities spotless throughout."
