Great location. Very convenient for busses and near train station. Beautiful hotel, staff was very helpful. Bar and restaurant on site were very nice with good food and pricing.
Rooms were spacious for 2 people with 2 medium suitcases.
About a 15 min bus ride from the main station. Hotel has an old charm too, but some areas in the room are showing it's age.
The bed was way too soft and didn't feel like a real mattress. This was our biggest complaint and because of this will not be staying at this hotel again.
The on-site restaurant offers a good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Within walking distance you have a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.
Location is the selling point, the furniture and bedding is where is falls short.
The hotel had a lovely lobby, the restaurant was great, they gave you free drinks in the restaurant if you didn't want your room cleaned. The location was great, east walk to the centre of town and groceries and also right across from a lovely walking park. Very quiet and beds were great.
I really enjoyed the hotel
A little far from the main station but buses to the station are right outside and to the middle
Of town is close by and a very nice restaurant on the property I would stay there again
Hotel was well located a 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Lovely comfortable quiet room. Restaurant has a good selection and food was excellent.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel is located in a very nice area, though there aren’t many restaurants or cafes within a quick walk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, this is advertised as a 4 star hotel, and it most certainly isn’t. The rooms are extremely dated, and the carpet is old and sticky. Our room was bright during the day because of the large windows, but it was very, very dark at night, even with every light turned on. We were unable to see anything at night. Also, the iron in the room is terrible and is not strong enough to de-wrinkle clothes. The parking garage is also very expensive. We would not stay here again.
Wonderful hotel. Great location next to hub of buses going into Haarlem Central and Hoofdorp and easy access to Amsterdam. Very quiet yet 10 minute walk into centre of historic Haarlem. Great restaurant nearby Pip. Would suggest small drying rack above luggage shelf for travellers.
It was an absolutely perfect stay. Dinner was wonderful, and the service was impeccable. Many thanks to the fantastic staff, who was so gracious to me and my family!
A fantastic hotel that had personalised charm. From housekeeping to reception to the bar everyone was very helpful to myself and daughter. A great find in a fantastic location that is quiet yet close to the main centre of Haarlem.
Great stay, rooms are comfortable and the staff is very pleasant.

Attentive and super friendly staff, clean, bike rental on site . Nice bar and they gave us complimentary drink coupons on the days that we didn’t require housekeeping! That was really nice :) location is in a quiet spot next to the bus stop within walking distance of May restaurants.
We will definitely stay here again when in Haarlem !
This place was amazing! The restaurant was absolutely delicious! The rooms and staff were wonderful. Great location in a beautiful town! I recommend this place highly!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel just 20 minutes from Amsterdam! The design is absolutely beautiful—stylish, modern, and thoughtfully done throughout. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city while being tucked into a quieter, more relaxed setting.
The on-site restaurant was a highlight—both stunning and delicious, with a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making everything feel smooth and welcoming.
The surrounding town feels like a charming miniature version of Amsterdam, but with even better value. It’s safe, quiet, and full of great restaurant options. We loved every moment and would happily return!
