"The facility is beautiful. The staff are amazing, they helped us with everything we needed, never left us hanging. The only downside to this stay was its a bit limited for things to do and the food options are about a 20 minute walk. Overqll our experience was 9/10. Such a beautiful area and great people. "

I sadly missed the breakfast that they offered to us as i was so tired and comfy in the bed i had trouble getting up. The room was beautiful with great amenities and drinks for you. "Very nice stay at hotel. I am on a full week motorcycle trip in Japan mountains and this was a great stop. After 8 hours in saddle the onsen was perfect. Food was excellent, breakfast really stood out. The dining area was really nice and with a view. Hotel is clean and although not very crowded, staff was attentive and helpful. I do not speak japanease but that was not an issue. Parking plentiful, wifi was good. Great stop in area of Japan Inhad not been too."
