"Pros:Nice and helpful staff, Arms restaurant makes an excellent martini and the parking garage was easy to use clean and relatively well priced. Cons: Tiny rooms, dated, good hear guest and other room easily old hotel old rooms. Bathroom was so small at 6’5” i couldn’t literally sit on the toilet, the tank touch the wall on the one side so you could not sit straight on it. My wife at 5’3” could just make it work. i had to plan my day"

"Our stay was very nice. I am giving a rating of 4 as they are still renovating. On our 2nd day we had to keep the drapes closed as the windows were being washed...they did inform us on check in.😜 The new Renos look very nice but still equipment in the hallway and you can here drilling and other construction noises.. Our room was very comfortable. I noticed from previous visits a few of the amenities are missing~~ make-up removal pads, shower cap, no extra blanket or pillow. All and all our stay was comfortable, we enjoy being close to everything the waterfront has to offer. Congratulations on the Renos a work in progress.👏"

"Amazing old hotel. Room was huge. Front desk employee Simzan was excellent. I came down after seeing our room to let her know how amazing it room was and she moved us into the Princess Suite that was absolutely incredible. Loved this hotel and look forward to staying again."

"The staff is exceptional in every area. The food was very good, we had both breakfast and a dinner there. Parking for the hotel is very handy and attached so you can take the elevator up to your room. I wouldn’t bother paying for valet there as it is very convenient already. Our room was very clean and everything was in good condition. My only complaint is the bathroom door - it does not sufficiently close off the room for privacy."
