It's a bit far from Dist. 1, but we rented a motorbike and i took about 15 minutes depending on trafic. The facilities are fine - you get value for money compared to dist. 1

Misnamed "Superior Apartment"

One gets what one pays for. This is a relatively low-cost apartment. It is above backpackers level. My comments are aimed at what is expected in “a serviced apartment” as opposed to a motel room with no/little facilities. The first comment is that Expedia advertise this as a Superior 2-bedroom apartment which is an overstatement. It should be called for what it is. It is a basic 2 bedder, with grossly insufficient crockery and cooking utensils. With 2 bedrooms and a booking for 3 people one would expect sufficient crockery and cutlery and utensils for that number. Most apartment accommodate 4 settings. This apartment catered for less than 2. Refrigerator is extremely small, and the kitchen would be described as a kitchenette with minimal sink, cook top, microwave and bench space. One takes an apartment to live in and use as a base and basic kitchen cooking and eating in house is essential. The lounge suite was in the main bedroom as there was no room in the kitchenette. There is no provision for washing and drying the limited dishes, the bathroom accoutrements were minimal. There was constantly no hot water. Wi-Fi whilst strong continually dropped out and took time to be reconnected.

simply impolite and unfriendly

very unfriendly and impolite who ask my wife to sleep on the street after 10 pm because she forget her passport dont go there expensive, location hard to find even with taxi and staff very unfriendly

Great place and good price.

It's more like a studio than a regular hotel room, it has a little kitchen (+2 free bottle of water every day) and dining room, the apt. itself always has a security guard and they're very strict about visiting guests which is very safe for its patrons. The price is little more than other hotels but it was well worth it due to the room size, quiet location and safety. The only downside about this place is that they service your room every other day. I still recommend for people to stay here and would give it a 4.5 rating.

Apartment is suitable for proximity to domestic or international airport - perfect for overnight stay There is a very good restaurant nearby- Com Tam Cali ,inexpensive,traditional,food preparation rivals west- very tasty

깔끔하고 조용합니다

저는 전체 6박 7일 일정 중에 2박을 보냈는데, 좀 아까울만큼 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 물론 호찌민 시내 관광중심 지역과 약간의 거리가 있었지만 저의 경우 이전 일정을 그쪽에서 보낸 터라 오토바이 경적소리가 덜 나는 이곳이 쉼의 공간이었달까.. 하지만 이 주변에도 걸어서 가볼 만한 곳들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 방은 약간 어둡긴 했지만, 조명을 켜면 무드가 있어서 좋았고요. 안전이나 친절, 이런 거 점수주고요. 경비원 아저씨들이 엄청 다정하세요. 제일 중요하죠. 입구안전. 나중에 보니 가장 핫한 곳이더군요. 추천합니다.

điểm cộng: khu vực gần sân bay, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm khác, nhiều quán coffee đẹp xung quanh điểm trừ: khu vực khách sạn ban đêm theo mình là hơi nguy hiểm vì ít đèn đường khi quẹo từ đường lớn vào

Lugnt men ändå centralt läge!

Bra läge nära flygplatsen som kändes centralt men ändå lugnt med mysiga ställen vid inbyggda bakgårdar med musik och fika. Missa inte pagoden ett par gator bort ;)

Apartment stay near airport.

Located in a small back alley. Surrounding no convenient store. No daily housekeeping. kitchen ware very limited. No free mineral water, coffee pack, tea and sugar. Receptionist hardly speak english although very friendly.
