"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"So relaxing and everything was great! The best part of our trip ! Onsen was awesome and private, the meals were A(+]. Just take a taxi ( we used the Go app) to and from the station. We walked uphill to get there, but streets narrow and we were a little concerned with the cars driving by."

"The staff was friendly and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious. The bed linens were old and there was a moldy smell in the main rooms. The toilet seat functions were intermittent and the heater was loud so that we had to turn it off. The property could use some updating."
