"The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! The rooms and property are clean and in decent shape. This is our favorite hotel when visiting our grandson. "
"The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options. Overall we would stay again."
"Very clean hotel. Great location. I requested an extra pillow and one was brought up immediately. The restaurant was very good, we had dinner and drinks. Very reasonably priced with kind staff. Parking right across the street is $5 each time you come in, but everything downtown is walkable.
We arrived 90 minutes before check in time. The front desk person explained we could check. In, but there would be a $50 fee. I was surprised a Hilton would do that, but fair, it’s their policy. My issue was the front desk person was less than welcoming. We came back later and got checked in, this front desk person was very friendly. When we checked out the original person was working and she was much nicer. Perhaps she was having a bad day or tired at the end of her shift. I would stay here again. Super cool history too. 2 giant vaults are still in the building. One in the bar, and one in the fitness room. "
"I did not eat breakfast
But the water ran all night in the bathtub
Which I did notify the front desk they did say they would move me but I was tired and didn't want to pack up my stuff and move. Which my room didn't have a microwave. Front desk said all rooms have microwaves. I went back to the front desk to inform them I did not have one.....so she went to several rooms to find a microwave which she did find one but told me that it does work but it may need to be cleaned out.
I could tell the front desk attendant was overwhelmed. "
