"The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant."

"This was our first trip to Greenville and this property met all our expectations. Especially noteworthy is its proximity to Falls Park, to the shops and eateries on the River Walk and So. Main Street, as well as the Center Stage Theater."

"The property was great. It was very close to Main Street in downtown. There were snacks and breakfast food which was nice, but we didn't use this too much. The only issue we had was we could not get the WiFi working and ended up connecting my phone to our CPU and that worked fine. We loved our space it was very cozy and quiet. We didn't see many other people so it was very private."

"It was an interesting choice to have the coffee pot near the bathroom. Choosing to basically have a tall hazy glass pane between the bathroom and bedroom led to a startling surprise when my partner used the bathroom in the night and flooded the whole room with light as a result. Excellent location for getting around, but overall lackluster for the price point."

"The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

"I would love to see the breakfast chef whose omelettes are divine, smile and make eye contact when engaging with guests. He looks right over you when speaking with you and quite often is dismissive and pretentious. Other than this particular experience, our 4 night stay was all that we’d hoped it would be. Josh at Ruth’s Criss made up for the grumpy breakfast chef and treated us to an elevated experience complete with the southern hospitality and made us feel as though he we were his only...
