"We stayed in Cat Ba for two nights, three days. We had a flight delay coming in and the staff at Cat Ba was so communicative and made sure to stay in contact regarding our transportation to the island. They made this process seamless! Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with warmth and all we needed to know about the area. Our room was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious! "

"But it's a little unfortunate. I always like to use a suite. However, the facility has not been repaired. I couldn't use the safe because the bathroom sink was broken, or because there was no electricity in the safe in the room. Every time I visited, I witnessed the same phenomenon and asked for improvement, but it hasn't always changed. Except for this, the hotel service was all satisfactory. It's a little less detailed, but it's a pity that it doesn't bother me much. The hotel is very satisfactory for the price."

"A beautiful hotel with excellent service. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Easy to get into town using the electric taxi. "

"The outdoor pool on the first floor at the second building is a quite dangerous with the level of steep steps instead of stairs. I fell a few times trying to find where the next step is. Also in the pool made out of the little stone is sharp, my knee got scraped on it and I was hurt and was bleeding. "

"We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. "

"Very beautiful hotel in Hai Phong city"

"This is a beautiful beachfront resort. The view is amazing! If the ocean is rough or not your thing, the pool is also wonderful. It is a very busy place and we found the noise to be a bit much so be prepared for this. We had the buffet breakfast included in our package and the food was good with a nice selection however they tended to run out of items after 8:30 or so. The beds were very comfy and the staff were extremely accommodating. Rachel at the front desk provided excellent customer service. The spa is very busy and we didn't get our complimentary steam/sauna as promised but this was a minor detail. There is a free electric taxi that goes in to and back from town centre every 2 hours which is a nice option to have. Overall we really enjoyed treating ourselves to this resort and would recommend it! "
