"The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security. We didn’t arrive until 3AM due to our flight but since I had emailing the hotel about our arrival time, someone was there to greet us which was much appreciated after traveling for 23 hours.
