"For those who are not familiar or just see the main page 'staff available from 9 AM to 9 PM', make sure you know that there are no staff available at any time on weekends. Then you get an email in German at 3 PM on the day of check in, with instructions to enter lots and lots of information (much fun if you're standing on the street in front of the building).
