On site restaurant & bar, many other restaurants & bars within walking distance, golf cart rental is very close, very nice staff. Easy walk to town square to enjoy live evening music."

"The breakfast was the usual standard you see around many smaller hotels. It was quiet which was great. Pool needs to be running better perhaps the pump? They need new outdoor furniture around the pool. Extra blanket and pillows would be nice. "

"Room clean but bed had a few items on it they swapped the cover and sheets surface of items a little greasy got some wipes from store for that rest of room was clean tv picture was not good "

"This was the cutest surprise to our regular trips we make to Leesburg for softball. Building 3 rooms on the weekend can be a little loud but nothing that kept us from sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and possibly just remember that building has night life. Management was on site when we checked in which was very smooth."

"Got room and it was so unclean, it’s also a different name where Indians take it and wanted to tell me they wouldn’t give my cash back they already did deposit, then other Indian was rude and very inconsiderate. Do not book here unless you do drugs and want to sleep on nasty sheets. The lock was broke, the dirt was awful. The chair was supposed to be white but it was not at all. People outside smoking drugs and dogs everywhere. Worst experience ever. It’s a motel 6 but they call it something else and it’s also on air bnb which is not good. Stay away from this place no JOKE"

"Staff asked me 3 times if I had a pet and each time I said No as if my answer would change. Staff not responsive to guests. room not clean. Lobby not clean. Lots of random people "hanging around" in the parking area at any given time. When we came down for the free breakfast only an hour after it opened, there was no food left and when we finally got a staff member to acknowledge us they said they didn't have any more food left. Staff is very rude. I would not recommend this location"
